        1.Water is cheap &  available any where, water for fire tunel cooler

          2.Waste oil is cheap and has high calorie, 

3.Heavy oil must be heated, oil should be filtered 

        4.Dry High - Pressure Hot Steam ( DHPHS ), & stable pressure

        5.Spray Oil Fuel Burner with DHPHS & Venturi System  & waste oil    

              will be Atomizing and Vaporizing ( Gasification ) 

        6.Perfect mixing of Fuel ; DHPHS avoid the soot, & hard carbon
